ERG delivered the Nestle-Purina-SCB7 project for Nestlé Purina Pet Care. The case study identifies the application as Kibble manufacture- new OCU to replace; redundant plasma units, with fans &; some ductwork retained. The project formed part of ERG’s work in engineered air-pollution control and process-gas treatment, with the supplied package tailored to the operating context recorded on the original case sheet.
The equipment scope centred on 2-stage chemical scrubbing, Demister and reheater, Carbon filter, ber, heater and carbon filter on raised platform above existing « MCC, /Co ntrol pan el, cess and support steelwork supply and installation in ERG scope, pumps and 2nd stage recirc tank installed at grade, ical storage & dosing equipment installed inside the building. Scope, Design, supply, install and commission, new OCU equipment, Integration with existing fans, Design of raised installation platform to and allow access route to continue. These listed items show how the primary treatment technology was combined with the supporting mechanical, electrical and gas-handling components needed for an integrated installation. Where ductwork, fans, pumps, controls or instrumentation are named, they are part of the documented supply rather than assumptions about the wider plant.
